Michael Schwarze T’24
Michael spent the spring and summer interning at Jefferson Apartment Group as a Development Associate, performing due diligence on acquisition and development opportunities. Michael is pursuing full-time roles in real estate development or acquisitions in the greater Boston area. He has a strong interest in multi-family, but is open to working in other sectors. Prior to Tuck, Michael worked at IBM as a consultant in their strategy group. Michael is a Co-Chair of Tuck Real Estate.
Rob Leet T’24
Rob spent the summer interning at Jefferies in their Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group. Rob will be returning to Jefferies full-time. Prior to Tuck, Rob worked in commercial banking, with a primary focus on commercial real estate underwriting. Rob is a Co-Chair of Tuck Real Estate.

Brian Melzer is an economist who studies household finance, real estate, financial intermediation, and financial regulation. He has held positions as a senior financial economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and as an assistant professor of finance at the Kellogg School of Management, where he taught corporate finance for MBA students. Professor Melzer has published in leading economics and finance journals, including the American Economic Review, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, and the Journal of Finance. He teaches courses in real estate at Tuck.
